Wilkens
Officer Cory Wilkens
Officer Wilkens started his law enforcement career with the Kiel Police Department in 1991 as a part-time dispatcher.  In 1993, he was hired as a full-time dispatcher.  Officer Wilkens was hired as a full-time police officer in 1995.
Officer Wilkens has received specialized training in the following areas:
  • Firearms Instructor (Rifle and Pistol)
  • Evidence Technician
  • Property Room Control Officer
  • Field Training Officer
In his off time, Officer Wilkens is the master outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hunting, and trap shooting.  Officer Wilkens is currently not married and has two children.

Kamp
Officer Jeremy Kamp

Officer Kamp has been employed by the Kiel Police Department since 2004.  He has been the police department's Police-School Liaison Officer since 2005.  Officer Kamp has been specially trained in investigating sensitive crimes.
Officer Kamp is married and the proud father of three sons.  In his off time, likes to golf and fish.

Blanke
Officer James Blanke
Officer Blanke has been involved in law enforcement for 15 years and started in his position of full-time police officer in 2001.  Officer Blanke has received specialized training in investigating street crimes and gang intelligence.  Officer Blanke is also our police department's primary narcotics investigator.
In his off time, Officer Blanke enjoys fishing, softball, and football.  He also enjoys woodworking and remodeling.  He is married with 3 children.

Brey
Officer Christopher Brey
Officer Brey began serving the City of Kiel Police Department as a part-time Officer in November of 2015.  Officer Brey earned an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Lakeshore Technical College in May of 2014.  In addition to his employment with the City of Kiel Police Department, Officer Brey also works part-time for the Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office and also for a dairy farm.In his off time, Officer Brey enjoys working out, watching sports, and spending time with his family and friends.

Van oss
Joseph Van Oss
Officer Van Oss has been with the Kiel Police Department full time since February of 2020. Prior to working in Kiel, Officer Van Oss worked as a part time Officer for the Village of Winneconne, a Corrections Officer with the Calumet Co. Sheriff’s Office, and a Deputy with the Calumet Co. Sheriff’s Office. Officer Van Oss obtained his Law Enforcement certification from Fox Valley Technical College in August of 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Lakeland College in December of 2015.  
 
On his off time, Officer Van Oss enjoys hunting, fishing, camping with family and friends.

Alex Grant
Officer Grant has been with the Kiel Police Department full time since April 1st 2021. Prior to working full time in Kiel, Officer Grant was a full time police officer in the City of Manitowoc and worked as a part time officer for Kiel. Officer Grant attended NWTC and received his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice with honors in 2017.
In his off time, Officer Grant enjoys hunting, working out and spending time with his family.

Robert Baldwin
Hammel
Officer Dylan Hammel
Officer Hammel began serving the City of Kiel Police Department as a part-time Officer in January of 2017.  Officer Hammel earned an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Lakeshore Technical College in May of 2015.  In addition to his employment with the City of Kiel Police Department, Officer Hammel also works part-time for Right Way Applications and for a dairy farm.
 
In his off time, Officer Hammel enjoys Hunting, Fishing, and snowmobiling with friends and family.

Schweigi
Officer Anthony Schweigl
Officer Schweigl was hired in May 2010.  Officer Schweigl earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Lakeshore Technical College in May 2010.  In addition to his employment with the Kiel Police Department, Officer Schweigl also works part-time as a security guard for a private security company.In his off time, Officer Schweigl enjoys playing cards and video games.  Officer Schweigl's interests also include computers, hunting, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.

Lembke
Aaron Lembke
Officer Lembke has been serving the city of Kiel since September of 2021 as a part-time Officer. Officer Lembke earned an associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Lakeshore Technical College in May of 2021. Officer Lembke also works at Panera Bread in Manitowoc as an associate trainer. 
During his off time, Officer Lembke likes to watch sports, play hockey, hang out with friends, play video games, work out, and relax.

Jorgenson
Kelly Jorgensen
Kelly Jorgensen is the Office Manager for the police department.  She has been employed by the Kiel Police Department since 2003.  In addition to serving the city as our Office Manager, she was also a part-time police officer for the police department.In her off time, Kelly enjoys swimming, biking, walking, fishing, painting, and rollerblading.
