Building Permits

Permits are required for:
 
  • New 1 & 2 family dwellings
  • Projects over $500
  • All interior and exterior remodels
  • Roofing
  • Siding
  • Furnace or A/C replacements
  • Raze a building
  • Commercial projects

Building permit forms can be found below. Please bring the completed form to City Hall for processing, or mail to PO Box 98 Kiel, WI 53042.
